Urjanet at EEI

Urjanet is excited to be a part of the 2017 EEI conference in Washington, DC. The Edison Electric Institute (EEI) semi-annual National Key Accounts Workshop aims to bring national, chain, and multi-site energy users together to tackle today’s energy-related issues. Content from the conference will highlight the latest public policies affecting the industry as well as cost-saving innovations in technologies, products, and services.
Among other sessions, Urjanet’s Erik Becker, VP of Sales, will be joining Andres Vargas, Energy Procurement Manager for Cox Enterprises, in Data — The Struggle is Real. As part of the Managing Energy track, the session will cover best practices for efficiently obtaining billing data and creating subsequent value from it. Vargas and Becker will speak on the type of data that’s relevant and useful, the technologies available to extract it, and the opportunities to optimize the data extracted.
“EEI is a great way to bring industry thought leaders together to learn from one another. I’m looking forward to not only sharing my perspective on behalf of Urjanet, but also absorbing valuable insights from other game-changers in our space,” said Erik Becker.
