Atlanta Ranks #3 on Energy Star Certified Buildings List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) recently announced the top U.S. cities for Energy Star Certified Buildings . For 2014, Atlanta ranks #3 on the list which includes a total savings of more than $1.4 billion in energy costs and 7.3 million metric tons of greenhouse gas emissions. Almost 7,000 buildings earned the EPA’s Energy Star certification, and here are the top 25 Energy Star cities for 2014 based on the number of Energy Star certified buildings.
