Job Description

The purpose of the Team Leader is to establish, administer, and direct a self-contained team of contractors. This individual is an organized and detail-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and fun environment. They aim to lead and grow a customer-facing team responsible for client enrollment.

Desired Skills and Expectations

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-2 years office or team management

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the administrative operations of the team
  • Supervise, and if necessary intervene, at critical points in customer implementation
  • Timely, concise, and clear communication between customers and Urjanet support and development teams, including both in person and virtually (emails, conference calls, etc.)
  • Work closely with, and coordinating tasks between, different departments including development, operations, and sales to achieve critical customer milestones
  • Supervise team members to assure the delivery of best and ethical practices
  • Direct the day-to-day clinical operations of the enrollment services team. This includes scheduling staff work hours to assure appropriate coverage for the day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts and on-call hours; lead the organizational staff meetings and treatment planning meetings; continuously evaluate the status of clients and do appropriate planning and coordination of activities to ensure immediate attention to their needs.
