We’re seeking motivated, energetic Commercial Account Executives to help us accelerate our success and build an amazing company that enables large organizations to reduce energy costs and carbon emissions. As a member of our sales team, you’ll be calling on senior executives in energy management, procurement, and sustainability to offer them an innovative Big Energy Data solution with a proven ROI.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 15+ years of inside and/or outside sales experience
  • Background in sales to Fortune 500 companies
  • Enterprise sales experience
  • Track record of closing new business and consistently exceeding revenue targets
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce.com preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans
  • Interact with executives at Fortune 500 corporations, federal, state and local government agencies, and energy management software and service providers
  • Navigate large organizations to build trust and credibility, and demonstrate value with decision makers and influencers
  • Communicate Urjanet’s value proposition in written and oral forms
  • Present an ROI-based solution which addresses the customer’s business objectives
  • Manage the sales process with the use of phone, web, and other inside sales tools
  • Adhere to sales methodology and process
  • Meet or exceed individual monthly goals for pipeline growth and bookings
