Urjanet is a robust and scalable data service that allows easy access to static and real-time data sources. Urjanet is based on proprietary technologies developed in collaboration with the Georgia Institute of Technology. It is SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that completely automates the task of acquiring and delivering energy data and requires no software to be installed at a customer site. It collects, compiles and provides energy information from multiple relevant sources, and delivers it directly to customer applications and dashboards through a well-defined user interface.

Urjanet has a scalable data Collection Infrastructure capable of gathering terabytes of data. The Urjanet data feed provides accurate and comprehensive data that includes demand, consumption, tariff, payment and other information essential for making business decisions. This data is available by location and may be further aggregated as needed.

Urjanet’s automated processes provide normalization, enhancement and anomaly detection. Data is rationalized around “energy units” containing data points that include climate, energy usage and pricing attributes.
